Lemon Chicken(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut into chunks
    2 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 sticks oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, soup and lemon juice.
    Mix together crushed crackers and poppy seed.
    Place chicken pieces evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour sour cream mixture over the chicken.
    Sprinkle cracker mixture over this.
    Drizzle with melted oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve over hot egg noodles.
