Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed pretzels
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
    6 oz. strawberry jello
    2 c. hot pineapple juice
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries, thawed
Preparation
    Mix pretzels with 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
    Pat in an 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip.
    Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
    Dissolve jello in hot pineapple juice.
    Add strawberries. Let set partially in refrigerator, then spread over cream cheese layer.
    Chill.
