Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large fryers, cut up
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/4 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Beat all seasonings into the egg.
    Dip the chicken parts in the egg and coat with cornflake crumbs.
    Place in baking dish.
    Add stock to dish.
    Cover tightly, using foil in absence of a cover. Place in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 and bake, covered, for 1/2 hour and uncovered 1/2 hour.
