Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. peas, navy or soldier beans
2 tsp. salt
2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. molasses
salt pork
Preparation
-
Rinse and soak overnight, after picking over, your choice of beans.
Parboil until you can blow skin off.
Cover with water and bake at 300\u00b0 all day and add water as necessary, or, cook in crock-pot on low all day or longer.
