Creamy Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. powdered sugar (unsifted)
    2 to 3 drops peppermint extract
Preparation
    Soften and whip the cream cheese with a wooden spoon.
    Blend in the peppermint extract.
    Sift the powdered sugar into the cream cheese, working it until it is well blended, kneading it with your hands.
    Press into small mint molds or roll into small balls and press down with a fork.
    Roll lightly in granulated sugar.
