Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box crab and shrimp boil in bag (1 bag)
    12 oz. shrimp in shell
    12 oz. scallops
    3 tomatoes, diced
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 lemon (juice only)
    3 oz. extra virgin olive oil
    12 basil leaves, chopped, or dried basil to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook shrimp and scallops according to package directions. Cool in ice water; drain well.
    Peel and remove shells and tails from shrimp.
    Chop shrimp coarsely.
    Cut scallops into fourths, if large.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Chill.
    Taste.
    Add salt, if needed.
