Brenda'S Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. elbow macaroni
4 (6 1/8 oz.) cans tuna fish
4 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) can pimentos
1 large green pepper, chopped
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (12 to 16 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute green pepper in butter or margarine until soft.
Set aside.
Boil macaroni 10 minutes or more until done, then pour off water and put back in pot.
Combine with macaroni:
green pepper, pimentos, tuna fish, mushrooms and mushroom soup.
Stir until mixed together.
Pour in greased 16 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch pan and smooth flat.
Add grated cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
(Recipe can be reduced in half for smaller dish.)
