Snappy Cheese(From Jim Curry'S Bar In Lexington, Ky, In 1946) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Cheddar cream cheese
    2 medium onions (large)
    4 cloves garlic
    1 pt. warm, stale beer
    1 tsp. salt
    1 heaping tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Put through grinder the cheese, onions and garlic.
    Add salt and pepper and work in beer until mixture is smooth.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Beer that is not stale will cause mixture to separate, so will using an electric mixer.
