Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Roll fairly thick on lightly floured board.
Cut out and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 8 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cookies should be just set and not browned.
