Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Add flour.
    Put into greased muffin tins, about 1/2 to 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown. Dough may keep up to 7 days in refrigerator.
