Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and well-drained
2/3 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Squeeze sauerkraut until dry.
Place in food processor.
Process until finely chopped.
