Raisin Cake(A Christmas Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. cocoa
3 c. water
9 Tbsp. shortening
1 box raisins
4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Bake in an angel food cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Great for the holiday season.
