Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 cans celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 2 lb. pkg. Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions in skillet, stirring until beef is crumbly; drain.
    Add cheese, soup, salt and pepper.
    Mix well. Pour into 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Spread Tater Tots over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
