Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. flour
    1 level tsp. baking powder
    1/3 level tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat the
    eggs
    and
    sugar
    until thick; add the water, then the
    flour, salt and baking powder sifted together.
    Line a pan with greased paper, pour in the batter evenly, bake in a hot oven (400\u00b0) about 12 minutes.
    Turn onto a cloth sprinkled with sugar. Spread with jam or jelly;
    roll up quickly.
