Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 small minced onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs for the top
Preparation
    Cook carrots and drain.
    Cook onion in butter.
    Stir other ingredients to make a medium white sauce.
    Cook until smooth. Layer carrots and cheese.
    Pour white sauce over the top. Sprinkle bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
