Harbin'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. small elbow macaroni
1 can Pet evaporated milk
1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. Colby, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, mixed and shredded
4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook macaroni until firm and drain. Put into pan and add margarine, salt and pepper to taste.
Slice Velveeta cheese into macaroni and half of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese.
Add Pet milk until soupy.
Place remaining cheese on top of macaroni and cover pan with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
