Beef With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef round steak*
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. beef broth
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms with liquid
    10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas
    3 to 4 c. hot cooked rice
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    *Ground chuck can be used in place of round steak.
    Sprinkle a little Kitchen Bouquet over mixture to add a little color.
