Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. uncooked instant mashed potatoes
Preparation

Heat all ingredients except potatoes to scalding.
Stir in potatoes; continue cooking until smooth, stirring constantly. Soup should be consistency of heavy cream.
Yield: 4 (1 cup) servings.
