Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. cold cooked rice
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add to milk.
Lightly mix in remainder of ingredients.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake in shallow pan of water at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until mixture is firm.
