Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 large egg
    1 c. sour milk (1 Tbsp. vinegar in milk)
    1 tsp. baking soda (stir into milk)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except rhubarb.
    Mix a little flour in rhubarb, then fold in cake batter.
    Pour in 9 x 13-inch loaf or oblong pan; sprinkle top with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon, mixed together.
    Nuts are optional.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes, until done.
