Touchdown Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cold margarine or butter
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, sugar and cocoa.
    Cut in margarine until crumbly.
    Add egg. Mix until well blended.
    Reserve 1 1/2 cups of crumb mixture. Press remainder evenly into baking pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    In saucepan, combine condensed milk and 1 cup of chips.
    Melt over low heat until smooth.
    Spread evenly into prepared crust.
    Add nuts and remaining chips.
    Sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until center is set.
    Cool.
    Cut into bars.
    Store at room temperature.
