Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quick grits
    salt to taste
    8 c. boiling water
    1 stick garlic cheese
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 sticks butter
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook grits in salted water 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, reserving a small amount of the butter.
    Put in long baking dish and brush top with remaining butter.
    Cook at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
