Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    4 unbeaten eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. lemon rind (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and corn meal.
    Add eggs, melted butter, milk, lemon juice and rind.
    Beat until smooth and thoroughly blended.
    Pour into pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake in moderately hot oven (375\u00b0) for 35 to 45 minutes or until top is golden.
