Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. carrots
1 Tbsp. onion
1/2 c. peas
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans biscuits
Preparation

Boil chicken until done, bone and put in broth; keep hot. Cook carrots, celery, peas and onion in small amount of water until tender.
Combine with chicken and put in casserole, place biscuits on chicken and vegetables and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
