Preparation

Chop peppers.
Slice onions.
Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray.
Saute peppers and onions.
(For soft vegetables place in microwave bowl.
Cover with Saran Wrap and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.)
Cut chicken or turkey in small pieces.
Saute meat and seafood.
Add vegetables, cilantro and black pepper.
Stir to combine.
