Ingredients

1 lb. pitted dates, stuff with 1/2 pecan
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix butter, brown sugar, egg and sour cream.
Add dry ingredients and vanilla.
Mix. Dip stuffed dates (with pecans) into batter.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Frost with brown butter and powdered sugar.
