No Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 to 7 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water in mixing bowl.
    Add sugar, salt and half the flour.
    Beat thoroughly 2 minutes.
    Add egg and shortening.
    Add remaining flour and beat until smooth.
    Cover with damp cloth and place in refrigerator.
    About 2 hours before baking, cut off amount needed and return rest to refrigerator.
