Quick Chili-Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. dried mustard
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet; add spices, corn, pepper, tomato sauce and water.
    Cover and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in rice; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
