Stuffed Zucchini With Black Bean Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. finely minced onions
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    5 shiitake mushrooms, soaked and chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    aji
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix well and place approximately 1 heaping teaspoon in each zucchini shell.
    Steam for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
    Do not overcook or zucchini will not hold its shape.
    Serve with black bean sauce.
