Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten well
3 c. chopped apples
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Put together in a large bowl the flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Make a hole or well in the center.
Add Wesson oil, pecans, eggs, apples and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
