Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot sauce
    2 lb. crabmeat (lump)
    3 lb. chicken drummettes
    2 lb. shrimp (31 to 35)
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    2 lb. crab claws
    2 lb. frozen okra
    2 lb. uncooked rice
    1 lb. margarine
    1 lb. flour
    2 gal. water
    1/4 c. Old Bay seasoning
    4 bay leaves
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. white pepper
    2 tsp. red pepper
    12 oz. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    In large stock pot, melt margarine.
    Add all seasonings and flour; cook while stirring until flour browns.
    Add chicken and sausage; let simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add water and shrimp; stir until smooth.
    Add rice, crabmeat and hot sauce.
    When rice is done, add okra and crab claws.
    Let simmer for 1 hour and serve. Makes 25 servings.
