Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. olives, chopped
3/4 c. carrot, grated
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
mayonnaise
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. cucumber, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix the drained vegetables, which have had the moisture squeezed out of them, with softened cream cheese and lemon juice. Add just enough mayonnaise to make a spreading consistency.
Makes 12 sandwiches.
