Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 or 18 c. grated zucchini
4 or 5 large yellow onions
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
4 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. celery seed
