Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pie shell
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Bake pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
Prick with fork, bake 5 minutes longer and let cool.
Cook sausage until browned; drain. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings in a medium mixing bowl.
Mix lightly.
Stir in sausage.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese over pastry shell; top with sausage mixture.
Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until set.
