Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk (low-fat)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook first three ingredients until rice is done; stir several times.
    In separate bowl beat egg whites; add milk and vanilla. Beat again.
    Add this mixture to cooked rice, stirring slowly as you add.
    Bring to to a fast boil; turn off.
    Pour into large bowl.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
    Make a day ahead.
