Onion-Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (2 1/2 c.)
    3 medium onions, thinly sliced
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley or dried parsley
    2 oz. process Swiss cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Layer half the potatoes and half the onions in a greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
    Combine milk, pimiento and parsley; spoon half the mixture over onion-potato layer; repeat layers.
    Cover.
