Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. apricot preserves
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Spread 1/2 of the apricot preserves onto each unbaked pie shell.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife will slide in and come out clean. Cool on racks, then refrigerate.
