Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raisin bran
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted Crisco
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    extra raisins if desired
Preparation
    Mix raisin bran, flour, soda, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add
    Crisco,
    eggs\tand
    buttermilk to dry ingredients. Add extra raisins
    if
    desired.
    Store
    in
    covered
    bowl
    in refrigerator. Do not stir again.\tBake in greased muffin tins for 20
    minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Mix will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
