Zucchini Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked (microwave) zucchini, drained well
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend all in blender and pour in pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 and then 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
