Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 baked pie crust
1 c. cold water
6 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
4 drops red food coloring
4 Tbsp. dry strawberry jello
strawberries

Preparation

Line pie crust with sliced strawberries.
Cook other ingredients until thick and clear, adding food color last.
Pour mixture over berries.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream after cooled.
