Midwest Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. Milk
    2 tbsp. dry Mustard
    1 lb. Ground Beef
    1/3 c. Oats (uncooked)
    1/4 c. Ketchup
    1/4 c. Onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Stir Velveeta, milk and mustard in small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
    Reserve 3/4 c. cheese for sauce.
    Mix remaining ingredients and cheese in large bowl until blended. Shape into
    loaf pan.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
    Pour cheese over and serve.
