Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin or flank
1 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
onion
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. catsup
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour and 1/4 c. water for thickening
Preparation

Cut beef into thin slices and brown in hot oil in a skillet. Remove meat.
Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is golden. Add the remaining ingredients and meat.
Simmer until done. Lastly, add the thickening and the sour cream.
Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
