Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans chunk tuna
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 box frozen peas and carrots, cooked
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    extra chips for top of casserole
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into casserole dish.
    Top with additional crushed chips to cover top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with hot biscuits and a tossed salad for a quick supper.
    Serves 4 to 6.
