Coleslaw With Shrimp And Tarragon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. thinly sliced red onion
    1/2 tsp. (or more) dried tarragon
    6 c. thinly sliced green cabbage
    1 lb. small shrimp
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and tarragon in large bowl. Whisk to blend.
    Mix in cabbage, carrots and onion.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Mix in shrimp.
    Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
    Serves 4.
