Caramel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar, caramelized
    1 c. milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 baked pie shell
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Caramelize sugar to medium brown.
    Dissolve with boiling water.
    Add milk and bring to a boil.
    Combine brown sugar, flour and egg yolks.
    Add some of the boiling milk and blend well. Return to saucepan and cook until thick.
    Pour into pie shell. Top with meringue and brown at 400\u00b0 to a light brown.
