Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped boned chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. bouillon
    1 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook chicken with additional celery and onion in the water. Add all ingredients and mix well.
    Can be frozen.
    Makes 5 to 6 cups.
    If served on crisp lettuce, sprinkle with toasted almonds.
