Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pumpkin
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk (13 oz. is okay)
Preparation

Mix ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour into precooked pie crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 375\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Middle must be set to be done.
