The Sit Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced turkey breast
    1/4 lb. thinly sliced salami or boiled ham
    1/4 lb. thinly sliced cheese (any kind)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 jar artichoke hearts (reserve liquid)
    1 purple onion, thinly sliced
    3 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 large loaf round French bread
Preparation
    Cut loaf of bread in half horizontally and hollow out soft bread from both halves, leaving shell 3/4-inch thick.
    In small bowl, combine artichoke liquid with mayonnaise and spread over both halves of bread.
    In bottom half, layer ingredients until mounded high.
    Be sure to begin and end with tomatoes and put some in the middle.
    Place top half of bread over mound of ingredients. Wrap entire loaf well with plastic wrap.
    This can be assembled up to 8 hours before serving, but should be assembled at least 2 hours before serving.
    (Keep refrigerated.)
