Low-Fat Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. applesauce
    4 eggs or Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can pumpkin (2 c.)
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and applesauce; add eggs, water, flour, soda and cinnamon and salt.
    Beat in pumpkin.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
