Ingredients

1 pt. Brussels sprouts and 1/4 c. water
2 tsp. unsalted margarine
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. low-sodium beef broth
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, put Brussels sprouts and water; cover tightly and microwave on High for 8 to 11 minutes or until tender. Drain in colander and rinse under cold tap water. In saucepan, melt margarine over low heat; stir in mustard, beef broth, lemon juice and pepper. Blend until smooth (about 1 minute). Coat Brussels sprouts with sauce.
